At Emerald Cruises, we are proud to introduce our first Emerald Yacht, Emerald Azzurra, expanding our product offering beyond Deluxe river cruising and into small yachting experiences. Our river ships have won Best River Line for Value in the Cruise Critic Editors Pick awards 5 years running. With the introduction of our 100 guest yacht, we enter a new luxury small ship category, sailing the Mediterrnaean, the Adriatic and the Red Sea, commencing in summer 2021.
We launched the 5-star Emerald Harmony on the Mekong in 2019 which has been met with rave reviews, not just for the phenomenal ship but moreso for the highly engaged and accommodating crew, whose desire to make our guests vacation the best it can possibly be. In 2021 we will launch our 7th European star ship, the Emerald Luna, which will sail the Rhine, Main, Danube, Moselle rivers. The jewel in the crown in 2021 will be the 100 guest Emerald Azzurra.
Emerald Waterways offers 8-17 day itineraries in Europe along the Rhine, Main, Danube and Moselle Rivers on one of our sleek, boutique Emerald Star ships, all virtually identical in amenities and layout. For 2021 we have added a longer Rhine itinerary, sailing round trip Amsterdam, exploring the more quaint, off the beaten path locales in Holland, Belgium and the Netherlands. We've also introduced shorter Christmas markets tours on the Rhine and Danube and on the Rhone in Southern France. In 2021 we will set sail on our new ocean going yacht to the Mediterranean, Adriatic and Red Sea with sailings from 7 - 21 days in length.
