Join Angelica Guevara, Professor at Indiana University as she kicks off the session with a powerful keynote redefining Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Drawing from extensive research and her own experience as a neurodiverse individual, Angelica challenges traditional views of DEI by spotlighting both visible and invisible disabilities. She will explore how universal design and accessibility can drive innovation, strengthen workplaces, and revolutionize the travel industry.

Following her keynote, Charlotte Lamp Davies, CEO of A Bright Approach, will moderate a dynamic panel discussion featuring Maria Von Foerster, CEO of RightRez, and Neha Arora, CEO of Planet Abled and together with Angelica, they will dive deeper into how inclusive thinking leads to better design, smarter solutions, and stronger communities, and why designing for the most socially vulnerable benefits us all. In the travel sector and beyond
