CROISIEUROPE AMERICA CORP RESIGNS USTOA ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
FOLLOWING CHANGE IN BUSINESS MODEL
NEW YORK – January 9, 2026 CroisiEurope America Corp’s US office will no longer retain their USTOA Active Membership since the company’s US operations do not conduct business as a wholesale tour operator in the US. They will continue being affiliated with USTOA through their relationship as an Associate Member.
As a result, CroisiEurope America Corp is no longer a USTOA Active Member effective December 31, 2025. Accordingly, CroisiEurope America Corp no longer participates in the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program.
“Travel agents should be aware that purchases of CroisiEurope America Corp’s products made prior to December 31, 2025, shall continue to be protected under the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program. Client deposits and payments thereafter will not be covered by the USTOA program,” advises USTOA President & CEO Terry Dale.
“CroisiEurope values their long-time relationship and affiliation with USTOA. We are retaining our Associate Membership and will continue to attend the Annual Conference and Marketplace, and support USTOA activities in that capacity,” said Sandrah Gurash, General Manager (North America) for CroisiEurope.
Dale added that CroisiEurope America Corp has been a valued partner since 2017 and is pleased the company remains in the association as an Associate Member.
