USTOA Announces 2020 Executive Committee and Board of Directors

USTOA ANNOUNCES THE 2020 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT ANNUAL CONFERENCE & MARKETPLACE

 

NEW YORK – December 4, 2019United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) announced the 2020 Board of Directors, five of whom will serve as the Executive Committee, at the Annual Conference & Marketplace, December 2 – 6, 2019 at Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate in Orlando, Florida.   

Leading the Executive Committee as the new Chairman is Charlie Ball, executive vice president of Holland America Group, with Scott Wiseman, president of Travel Impressions, as vice chair; Elizabeth Crabill, CEO of CIE Tours International, as treasurer; Madhvi Buch, senior vice president of The Travel Corporation USA, as secretary; and Dana Santucci, vice president of EF Educational Tours, as immediate past chair.

“It’s with great pride that I welcome the new board members, who will each contribute their expertise and passion to the implementation of USTOA’s new five-year plan,” said Terry Dale, president and CEO of USTOA. “With this team of leaders working to make the world a better place to travel, USTOA will continue to expand its programming for industry advocacy.”\
