USTOA ANNOUNCES THE 2024 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT 2024 ANNUAL CONFERENCE & MARKETPLACE 

 
NEW YORK (December 4, 2023) - The United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) announced the 2024 Executive Committee and Board of Directions at the Annual Conference & Marketplace, December 2-6, 2023, at the JW Marriott LA Live in Los Angeles, California.  

Leading the Executive Committee as the new Chairman is Dana Santucci, executive vice president of EF Education First, with Madhvi Buch, global head of business solutions of The Travel Corporation USA, as vice chairman; Jeff Roy, executive vice president of Collette as treasurer; Pam Hoffee, president of Avalon Waterways as secretary; and Jerre Fuqua, president of Holiday Vacations as immediate past chairman.  

“Each member of the Executive Committee brings years of expertise and passion for integrity in tourism” said Terry Dale, president and CEO of USTOA. “We welcome the new board members to advocate for a responsible future of the industry.”  

Santucci, immediate past chair, returns as chairman. She last served on the Executive Committee as chairman in 2019. Fuqua is also a returning Executive Committee member, having last served as chairman in 2015.  

Additionally, the USTOA 2024 Board of Directors includes:  

  • Emma Cottis, general manager, business systems, Goway Travel  
  • Bob Drumm, CEO, Alexander + Roberts  
  • John Hanratty, senior vice president of sales and industry relations, Avanti Destinations  
  • Laudie Hanou, senior vice president, SITA World Tours  
  • Melissa Krueger, CEO, Classic Vacations  
  • Jeremy Palmer, chief operating officer, Tauck   
  • Matt Berna, president, Americas, Intrepid Travel  
  • Kirk Demeter, president and owner, Down Under Answers  
  • Ray Hourani, managing director of travel operations, Club Adventures by AAA  
  • Nish Patel, president, Mayflower Tours
