Each year, USTOA invites its Active and Associate Members to the come together for our annual Sustainability is Responsibility (SIR) Summits to foster collaborations, participate in cross-sector learning, and continue to set the path for a more responsible future for the travel industry. The summits gather member representatives from across the travel industry value chain together for interactive dialogue, educational content, and case study learnings.

As the state of our world evolves, so does the focus of our SIR Community, which results in a const gain of new perspectives due to our members' passion to advance their own sustainability strategies. With these changes come a new set of challenges that our members face, driving us to base SIR summits around fresh sets of focus areas each year.

The SIR summits seek to address sustainability goals in our industry and establish tangible best practices to help members move forward in their individual sustainability journeys. Attendees not only learn first-hand what fellow members are doing to tackle hurdles throughout the value chain, but also form partnerships, and experience case studies from the host destination. Our aim is for all attendees to walk away feeling inspired, knowledgable, and ready to advance their sustainability journeys.
