1)
Eligibility: #TravelTogether is open only to
legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of United States Tour
Operators Association, Inc. (the “Sponsor”),
its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers,
distributors and advertisers and their immediate family members (spouses,
parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of
each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. Void
where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations
apply.
2) Submissions Timing: #TravelTogether
submissions period begins
at 12:00 a.m. ET on Monday, January 14, 2013 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday,
May 12, 2013 (the “Submissions Period”). The Submissions
Period will be divided into four (4) Monthly Entry Periods as follows:
First
Monthly Entry Period – Monday, January 14, 2013 through Sunday, February 10,
2013; Second Monthly Entry Period – Monday, February 11, 2013 through Sunday,
March 10, 2013; Third Monthly Entry Period – Monday March 11, 2013 through
Sunday, April 14, 2013;
Fourth
Entry Period – Monday, April 15, 2013 through Sunday, May 12, 2013.
3) How To
Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in #TravelTogether. A purchase does not increase your chances of
winning. Odds of winning are
dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during each Monthly Entry
Period. During the Submissions Period, entrants
may access the rules by visiting the Social Media page found on the Sponsor’s
site at http://www.ustoa.com/socialmedia. Entrants are able to submit photos that best
represent the #TravelTogether tag through:
a) Facebook (entrants may submit on USTOA’s Timeline);
b) Twitter, using @USTOA or #TravelTogether in their submissions;
c) Emailing socialmedia@ustoa.com
Entrants are
welcome to “LIKE” Sponsor’s Facebook page but are not required to do so. LIKING
a page does not guarantee or increase chances of winning the prize. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to
enter the Submissions is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal
Internet access and usage charges
imposed by your online service may apply.
4) Random Drawings: One Prize Winner will be determined
for each Monthly Entry Period by random drawings from among all eligible entries
received for each Monthly Entry Period(s) on the Monday immediately following
the end of each Monthly Entry Period and the winner will be notified within
three (3) days after the drawing.
Winners will be notified the same
way in which they submitted their entry (through Twitter, Facebook or email)
and the winner’s winning photo will be posted on http://www.ustoa.com/socialmedia

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Four $50 VISA / Mastercard Gift Cards. One such gift card will be awarded to an
entrant through a random drawing for each Monthly Entry Period as described
above.

General Rules: By
participating in #TravelTogether, entrants agree to be bound by these Official
Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its
agencies to use winner’s name (and state in which they reside) and/or likeness
for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless
prohibited by law. In
the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other
statements contained in any materials and the terms and conditions of the
Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries
become the property of the Sponsor. The
Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or
telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections,
Internet Service Provider (ISP), or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate,
garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in any application or submission
or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries or for
any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation
in, accessing or downloading information in connection with any application or submission.
In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the
account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person
who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service
provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of
the account associated with the entry. Proof
of entering information via an application does not constitute proof of
delivery or receipt of such information. Neither Sponsor nor its agents are
responsible for the failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on
account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any website.
The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any
individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the
operation of the #TravelTogether; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten
or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately
undermine the legitimate operation of #TravelTogether may be a violation of
criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves
the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted
by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall
not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, #TravelTogether
is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any
other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of #TravelTogether,
then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel #TravelTogether
and select the applicable winners in a random drawing (or random drawings) for
the Monthly Entry Period(s) at issue from among all eligible entries received
for the Monthly Entry Period(s) at issue prior to cancellation. By
participating in #TravelTogether, the entrant agrees that Sponsor, Facebook,
their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents,
retailers, advertising agencies, and all
of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns,
members, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and
will be held harmless by entrant for any liability for any bodily injury, loss,
cost or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, damages
sustained due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry creation,
the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof, if
applicable, or participation in #TravelTogether or any related activity. By
entering #TravelTogether, entrant hereby represents and warrants that he/she
has read these Official Rules and is fully familiar with their contents.

Winners List:
The selected photos will be posted for sixty days at http://www.facebook.com/USTourOperatorsAssoc,
through @USTOA Twitter handle as well as http://www.ustoa.com/socialmedia within a reasonable amount of time of the close of
#TravelTogether.

#TravelTogether
is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook or Twitter. Entrant understands that he/she is providing information
to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Twitter. The personal information entrant
provides will only be used commercially by Sponsor in the event the entrant is selected
as a #TravelTogether winner or has indicated that he/she would like to receive additional
information from Sponsor.
