The cutoff date is July 6, 2015. We recommend you fly into either SFO or OAK airports. Both are about 1.5 hours drive from the hotel.

Wed August 5
5:00pm - 9:00pm - Reception and Dinner at Deerfield Ranch Winery


Thurs August 6
8:00am to 2:00pm Meeting
Breakfast and Lunch will be served
2:30pm - 5:30pm - Afternoon trip to the Wine Country (optional)
7:00pm - 9:00pm - Dinner at El Dorado Hotel & Kitchen (optional)
