Tom Jenkins, CEO of ETOA and Eduardo Santander, CEO of ETC, represent respectively the public and private sectors in inbound tourism to Europe. They will look at what has happened, is happening and what might occur in the European tourism economy. There is also the question as to how far the current crisis has increased or decreased the perceived value of leisure tourism. Finally they will look at the standing of the American visitor within the European Tourism economy.
