For Active Members

Join us for a USTOA Tech Talks panel discussion exploring the current state of New Distribution Capability (NDC), its impact on tour operators, and the future of airline distribution.

This discussion will bring together representatives from Turkish Airlines, Amadeus, EF Educational Tours, and Collette to examine how NDC is evolving to support the unique needs of tour operators. Panelists will share perspectives on current adoption, group travel, net fares and packaged travel, post-booking servicing, and the challenges and opportunities associated with transitioning to NDC.

The conversation will also explore the future of airline distribution, including the role of traditional GDS channels, direct connections, and aggregators, as well as the capabilities tour operators can expect as NDC continues to develop.

The discussion will be moderated by Steven Borukhin, Downtown Travel.

Featured Panelists Include:

Raul Rodas, Amadeus
Verda Arpacı, Turkish Airlines
Mehmet Faruk Çakmak, Turkish Airlines
Jim Lopes, Collette
Jacob Courtade, EF Educational Tours

This session is designed to provide Active Members with practical industry perspectives on the current NDC landscape and a better understanding of how its continued development may affect tour operator operations.

Zoom Webinar link will be provided a few days prior to the event.
