USTOA Summer Board of Directors Meeting

All Active Member delegates are invited to attend the USTOA Summer Board of Directors Meeting on August 25 & 26 in Chicago at the Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. We are excited to plan this in-person meeting and see each other again.

The meeting will also be available on Zoom if you are not able to attend in person. 

The second half of the Board Meeting will be a USTOA Town Hall Meeting focusing on Sustainability from 11:00am to 12:00pm CDT. A separate Zoom Webinar Link will be sent prior to the webinar. 

COVID Protocols
The Executive Committee is agreed to require all Members attending in person to be fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to their arrival. . The health and wellbeing of our Members is very important to us. 

Starting August 20, Chicago is requiring people to wear masks while indoors in public settings.
