In this webinar, Chris Allison, Vice President, The Americas of Tourism Australia, will present the pioneering Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) 2025–2028. Tourism Australia's first-ever strategic framework for driving accessibility and inclusion across the sector. In this session, you’ll discover:

  • Measurable actions for inclusive marketing
  • Strategies to support industry partners in building accessible experiences
  • Insights into cultivating a workplace culture that celebrates diversity
  • A roadmap to unlocking the full potential of the accessible tourism sector

Tourism Australia’s DIAP was developed in partnership with Get Skilled Access, a leading disability inclusion consultancy, and shaped by invaluable input from stakeholders, including those with lived experience. The DIAP is a model for inclusive innovation. USTOA members will gain actionable takeaways to inform their own inclusion strategies and destination development.
