This installment of the USTOA SIR Education Series will feature companies from under the USTOA umbrella and how their sustainability journeys got started, what successes and hurdles they experienced, what tools and resources they used, how they engaged stakeholders, and the importance of leadership, purpose, and culture. This session will also dive into the road to B Corp and how joining the B Tourism community positively reinforced their sustainability initiatives and goals.

This session will be presented by Heather Magnussen and Heather Heverling from Audley Travel and Rochelle Turner from Exodus Travels.
