For Active Members

Join us for an insightful webinar hosted by Avanti Destinations, where their expert team will explore best practices for enhancing the consumer journey. In this session, they will delve into the critical role that feedback and reviews play in shaping the travel experience. Avanti’s team will share how their commitment to gathering and leveraging both agent and traveler reviews has not only boosted customer satisfaction but also strengthened their credibility within the travel industry. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and strategies to elevate your own travel offerings!

USTOA will hold “Tech Talks” during the year to tackle a technology area that our Active Members are interested in exploring. "Tech Talks" will be open to all Active Members; participation by management and/or IT teams within each company is at the discretion of the Active Member. The format for each "Tech Talk" will be a 20-30 minute presentation by an Active Member followed by Q&A.  To be clear, this is
not meant to be a sales pitch for services.

Presenters: Gina Bang, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Avanti Destinations and Amanda Modly, Virtual Sales Manager, Avanti Destinations
