USTOA will hold “Tech Talks” during the year to tackle a technology area that our Active Members are interested in exploring. "Tech Talks" will be open to all Active Members; participation by management and/or IT teams within each company is at the discretion of the Active Member. The format for each "Tech Talk" will be a 20-30 minute presentation by an Active Member followed by Q&A. To be clear, this is not meant to be a sales pitch for services.
For this session, team members from Avanti Destinations will discuss best practices for guest communications and how to ensure the customer journey is both safe and user-friendly.
